Delivery Information
Orders received by noon NST
on business days are processed the same day. After the processing, a mail is
sent to the client for payment confirmation. Orders made after noon NST will be
processed the following business day. For orders placed on the weekend and
government holidays, allow one business day/holiday period for processing.

Receive FREE Shipping

To
qualify for free standard shipping, your order must total Nrs. 50,000 or more
and the free shipping is only inside the Kathmandu Valley and Birgunj and goods
being dispatched from Kathmandu warehouse for Kathmandu valley deliveries and
from Birgunj warehouse for delivery at Birgunj.

For
the regions not listed above Industry Nepal will deliver the goods to the transport
service and the charges of transport should be governed by the party ordering
the goods.

Free
shipping won't apply if eligible items are canceled, resulting in an order
total of less than Nrs. 50,000.
·
Free
shipping applies only to items that can be transported on a light vehicle, for
large and bulky equipment/parts extra charges may apply and will be confirmed
earlier of shipment.
·
Free
shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address.
·
Doesn't
apply to Special Requirement items. Special Order items display a future
availability date and aren't available for same/next-day processing.
·
We acknowledge
of delivering the product within two business days (not applicable for remote
areas). Shipping times start once the order has been processed, and shipped.
For example, a back-ordered item purchased but payment not settled may take one
week to process and then two-three business days to reach.

Rates
The shipping method and
level of service you choose, as well as your order's total weight, will
determine your shipping rates for remote areas and except the region mentioned
above. Shipping charges will be as per the transport service if not applicable
for our terms of free shipping. Free parcel shipping is available on orders Nrs.
50,000 or more.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains
more than one item, industrynepal.com may expedite delivery by shipping your
order from multiple locations (Kathmandu and Birgunj). As a result, you may
receive multiple packages. There will be no additional shipping costs.
Restrictions
industrynepal.com offers no
restriction in shipping. Shipping is valid all over Nepal but shipping charges
may be according to the transport service rates for the region other than
mentioned above. If goods purchased value is less than Nrs. 50,000 for the region/s
mentioned above then the transport charges will apply.
International Orders
industrynepal.com can’t
currently support international orders. For additional information,

Who's eligible for
free shipping?
Any customer with a qualifying minimum order
of Nrs. 50,000 on industrynepal.com and delivery region in Kathmandu valley and
Birgunj is eligible for free standard shipping.
Can I get free
shipping on any item I purchase at industrynepal.com?
• Free shipping is limited to items that are
eligible only.
• Eligible orders contain items that can be
transported by light vehicle from Kathmandu warehouse, limited to Kathmandu
valley only and from Birgunj warehouse to deliveries at Birgunj only. Shipping
is handled by local carriers with VCTS and information will be provided for
such.
Which shipping
options are eligible for free shipping?
Standard shipping on a light vehicle within
Kathmandu Valley and Birgunj.
How can we know
that the goods delivered to free shipping region/s are charged?
If the product availability at the Birgunj
warehouse is insufficient then it will be delivered to the transport service
from Kathmandu warehouse and in such case the receiving party should collect
from the transport service by paying the transport charges.
Can free shipping
be used for orders delivered outside of the Kathmandu Valley and Birgunj?
Free shipping only covers standard light
vehicle shipping services inside the region mentioned.
Does next day shipping
mean I'll receive my shipment within 48 hours?
Your order is delivered to your shipping
address one to eight business days after it's been processed. For orders placed
during the weekend, allow a minimum of one business day for processing and one
to eight business days for delivery.
Can I request a
later delivery date?
For major/bulky/heavy equipment deliveries, industrynepal.com
offers a 90-day window to ensure your delivery location is prepared and ready
for equipment hookup/installation. Orders not including such equipment will
need to be scheduled for delivery within 30 days of all product(s) being
available. In such cases 60% of the billed amount to be deposited/pay in the
upfront after the order is processed.
